Acer Ferrari 4002 high pitched squeal?

Got my notebook yesterday and love it. But today, i installed Far Cry, and noticed this on and off high pitched squeal. The sound that you get from a microphone when it falls on the floor, or when you tap it, a loud ear piercing type of squeal. I thought maybe it was from the game, but when i stopped the game it still persisted. I said ok, maybe its b/c i have the notebook right by my desktop, i knew that couldnt be it, but i said what the hell, so i unplugged the notebook and went downstairs. Guess what, the squeal was still there

I was playing music in WMP and discovered that the sound cant be heard if i leave the vol 3 notches from the max. Once i put the volume on max, the sound is there. Thing is, i had the vol on max yesterday for a short period and i never got this sound?

Any ideas?

No problem. The sound has since stopped. I dont know what it was, but its stopped. I'll call Acer if i here it again. Definitely gotta get one of those extended warranties just in case some serious goes wrong.

DO you think it was the built in microphone? maybe some faulty wiring to where it was too close to the speaker, you know what I mean? but Im not sure
