I have 8103. I notice that when I start my laptop, sound is at the maximum level. Even I before put it to the lower level. I've tried Realtek's all possible drivers and Acer's drivers also but no help for my problem. Could it be some program what make it? Or can I do something in register to solve this?

Same here. Started happening since I did the last Windows update. Also, digital output (SPDIF) enable/disable state is no longer saved between reboots.
Glad you brought this up :)

Do you know what is the number of that update packet (KB?????) what did that.

I wish I knew.
I only remember there were several critical (security) packages and an update for the modem driver in that session.
I think "Windows update" keeps track of installed packages, I'll try and run a search in the afternoon...
I also uninstalled KB888111 and installed a new version of Realtek drivers - but no luck. (Realtek drivers come with KB888111 in them but I am no longer able to see it in Add/remove programs - it used to be there).
Don't we all just love Microsoft... :smash:

I think I solve this problem. I install Intel Chipset Driver 6.2.1.1001 and now seems that all works fine. And I also install newest Realtek driver (R1.23)
