So I just got my xps gen 2 and wanted to reinstall windows to get rid of all the dell stuff. I purposely didnt get it with xp pro cause I have my own copy of it here at home. When I tried to install xp pro after reformatting and everything i keep getting a crc error. The cd wasnt scratched or anything, and it is an original. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? This has never happened before and I have done clean installs from this cd before on other systems.
