Here the solution to use a64 tweaker at startup without CPU freeze:

1. Open a64tweaker (http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=106)

2. In the menu "File", click on "Apply settings at startup"

3. Go to a64 tweaker folder, and replace the file "startup.a64" with the new one that you can download at this link: http://www.badongo.com/file.php?file=2tdisable__2006-03-03_a64tweakersetting.rar

In this RAR archive there are two files: one set your RAM at 200MHz and another one at 183MHz (if you overclock the bus with clockgen, you can use this).

4. Reboot your machine, and your RAM will work at 200MHz (you can verified with CPU-Z).

There are 2 files.
One overclock ram at 183MHz (useful if you overclock the Turion with clockgen), and the other file overclock ram at 200MHz (and disable 2T timing, with a great performance boost),

You have to set a64 tweaker at startup, and then you have to replace the original file startup.a64 in the main directory of a64 tweaker with the new one I attach to this post.

At the end you can use a64 tweaker at startup without any freeze on your ferrrari.

It's very very useful.
