Well, i decided to give the omega drivers a try. disliked them. however, i had uninstalled CCC along with everythign else Catalyst (advised whenever installing a new display driver, kill the old stuff)
now i can put the 6.2 catalyst back on fine with mobilemod, with the hack, but i can't figure out how to get the CCC back onto my computer. i cant even find a place to download it by itself. Off the ATI site, it is bundled with the drivers - that I can't use, since the file is not designed to work in mobile situations.
As a result, my colors are back to being ugly and washed out - compared to when I had them absolutely gorgeous. SO how can I get back my freaking ATI CCC?
EDIT - NM i found it, just took some digging in the ATI folder
