My 5672 got frooze so frequently

My 5672WLMi got frooze so frequently. I can't find out exact reason.
I bought this one just last week, but it got frooze over 20 times since then.
Is there special solution about this problem?
I bought this - Brand New - thru ebay.
I think it wouldn't be caused by hardware-problem probably... I hope so.

I was going to say take it back to the store/dealer you bought it from, but now that you mentioned that you got it off eBay, I guess... well... you know what I am getting at...

reload windows from scratch. mine is fixed after that.

it's painful to reload, but the software is so messed up on laptops these days that it's something we have to get used to.
