I'm having a little trouble connecting my Intel Extreme 8283M Graphics Card to my TV. I'm using a VGA to RCA / S-Video converter, but I'm not getting any luck. If I connect the laptop and the TV through the RCA Video Cable and I try to enable the second monitor from "Display Settings", I see the TV screen shake, but nothing else happens. I'm not even sure the graphics card can actually be used as TV-OUT. Please let me know if you know a fix or work around :)

You need to ensure your using intels Drivers so you can get the Intel advanced graphics panel. The driver is typically also available with dells system on that models page so hunt down those drivers at dell.com

Well, I have the latest drivers and I have the dell control panel. I tried extending my desktop and all the other graphic options available on the desktop but nothing works. I tried using an S-VIDEO Cable and an RCA Cable. I can't imagine what the problem might be.
