Anyone own one of these laptops here?

It has a Pentium M 1.7ghz, 1gb of memory, 100gb HDD and a X1300 512MB graphics card. The main point of contention for me is the graphics card, as I do not know what the toatl specs of this card are. I know its a faster version of the X300, but I do not know how much faster in terms of core and memory speeds.
The other option is the Acer 3023wlmi, which has a Sempron 3000 and an X700, but i keep hearing its a noisy and runs hot. Although I've always gone with AMD when building my own desktops, Intel seems to have an edge in the notebook stakes with performance and heat issues.
