8204 Lite-On battery charger - buzzing?

Does your battery charger buzz when charging? I just noticed that it is buzzing right now...and i dont know how thats possible?

Battery chargers are transformers (coils of wire). As an Electrician I see this all the time, it's not really a big deal in terms of being good or bad.
The only problem I can see is if it's loud enough to be annoying.
