nic download for 8204?

I can't seem to find the eprom update zip on the Acer ftp. I havent' fixed my ethernet issue on the 8204 that we all had in the first batch.

Any idea how to fix this? I downloaded the lan.zip but when I opened the readme it seemed more complex to install then previously stated.
