My ferrari 3400 mic works very low..is it possible to increase the microphone sensitivity..

Control -> Sounds and Audio Devices -> Advanced -> Options -> Properties -> Check off Microphone -> Then in the main page increase the volume slider. I'm not sure if you tried this already. Hope it helps.

i have increased the volume control to full. still it dosent detect properly

In the volume control window (the window with all the volume sliders), if you have the microphone slider, there should also be a button for "Advanced" under the slider. When you click on it, it should open an additional window called "Advanced controls for microphone." On that window, click on the option for Microphone Boost.

That should substantially increase the pick up on the mic.
