i got cedega running on ubuntu (32bit) and well, i managed to install GTA:SA just fine, but it won't run. No errors, no nothing. so figured i'll start it in terminal and see the output
munky@lappy:~$ cedega
For language 'en' several language ids were found:
en_US - 0409; en_GB - 0809; en_AU - 0C09; en_CA - 1009; en_NZ - 1409; en_IE - 1809; en_ZA - 1C09; en_JM - 2009; en_ - 2409; en_BZ - 2809; en_TT - 2C09;
Instead of using first in the list, suggest to define
your LANG environment variable like this: LANG=en_US
that language "error" doesn't come up until after i press the "play" button, so i know its directly related to the game not launching, whereas the actual cedega interface works quite well.... ideas on how to resolve a possible conflict?
running Steam does not have that conflict, but rather something else:

edit: fixed this, needed to enable truetype. still gonna leave it as part of the thread for its informational value
