DDR2 667 in 8104?

Anyone tried DDR2 667 RAM in their 8104? I'm bumping mine up to 2GB while I wait for the F5000 or a re-vamped 8200 with Memrom and to my surprise, I can get DDR2 667s for $10 cheaper tthan DDR2 533s. I wonder if the 8104 will recognize and take advantage of the faster RAM?

Ok. Guess I can answer my own question. DDR2 667 works fine but only runs at 533 as that's the chipset limitation of the intel 915PM chipset.

It would be a sacrafive of latency for speed, but i'm sure it would work. I don't think you'll see any gains.

Mine runs at 319. Instead of 333. arghhh!!!
I had to change a couple of things in the bios.
Still am, to make my laptop stable. What are your voltage settings?
