video editing on Acer Travelmate8204

I need to do some travelling so I must get a laptop for video editing. I have been told the Acer 8204 would be able to run the Adobe Production Suite with Premiere Pro 2.0 and AfterEffects. Does anyone have any experience with this - or should I be looking at another laptop. I've heard Acer reliability isn't great.

Apple would not be a good choice as I have a Windows desktop system I would like to continue to use as well

Acer does a fine job but your going to see the blue screen of death if you don't upgrade your audio driver from the realtek :].
