neither. follow the post about the bluetooth drivers in the 17 inch laptop section. it's a sticky and will work much better then the toshiba or microsoft drivers.

I have been using WIDCOMM Bluetooth Stack for my BT350. The UI is better IMHO. Works well with all my BT mouses and earphones.
