I baught HP pavilion dv4450ae notebook. But recovery CD's were not supplied.They said there is an option to burn a recovry when it is at the first boot up. This is only one time option. Then I tried more than 6 times to burn a recovery. But it was not succesfull. Then I contacted HP Total support and finlly they could not supplied a recovery. finally I have again go to shop that the computer I baught. Then they told that they will send me a recovery.
But my problem is why the recovery was not burnt? and is there a problem in my computer?
