totalyl agreed. been rocking pclos2k7 for a bout a week now...excellent distro.

I'm now using SAM linux based on pclinuxos using xfce4.4 and really like it . My comp is midrange and doesn't need a stripped down distro but I'm likin this one! PCLinuxOS has always been my favorite.

I am an avid Debian based distro user but I keep hearing tons of good things about PCLinuxOS that I got to try it out now.
Time to get an ISO and fire up a VM!

im really digging Ubuntu right now, but ill download it and try it out on my work laptop that is 700Mhz PIII with 768mb Ram and 8mb dedicated Ati video card.

Ubutnu right now on that machine runs a little sluggish, but not bad, but ill try it out with the live cd.

I recently tried it for a few days on my desktop... it was pretty good, my biggest beef was with kde, which I just can't get used to anymore after using gnome for so long. still like ubuntu better, but good to know there's a distro like pclos to fall back on if need be.
