Program to change .avi file frame rate? [Ubuntu]

Any programs out there for Ubuntu? There seem to be many for WIndows, but I have since migrated completely to Ubuntu, so no Windows.

To Seablade, I did find that you can use that in the terminal, but I prefer GUI programs and this one is awesome!
