Orange screen of death?

Alright, I was typing madly along like I do every day, and the screen on my laptop went 100% orange... After 10 seconds of staring and blinking, I rebooted it and it's fine. Has anyone ever seen this? What happened? In case it's relevant, it was a:
XPS m140
1.73ghz PM
1gb
80gb
Intel GMA950
USB mouse and keyboard attached, no external monitor
on AC power

Are you serious? The screen on the m140 isn't too fantabulous, but I guess I would say a creamy orange......

sounds like the White screen of death issue that comes around once in a while with dell notebooks but... yours with a hint of orange. Nothing to worry about it happens.
