Dell Quickset Problem In Inspiron 9300

It says while installing that "This is not a supported system". I am using Inspiron 9300. Any ideas to overcome it.

Are you 100% positive you downloaded the correct driver. You may have got a corrupted download so you might want to just go and download the driver for the Quickset on your 9300 all over again. Do that and let me know what happens.

Do a Right-Click on the Setup.exe and change the Compatability mode to Windows XP SP2.

the only way you can get dell quickset to work with your dell inspiron 9300 is to do a windows vista home premium upgrade, not the full install so basically im saying is that you can't do a clean install in order for dell quickset to work properly.

i have good news i finally got dell quickset to work in my dell inspiron 9300. here are the steps i took.

1. run the dell quickset removal tool in compability mode set for windows xp service pack 2.

let it run and finally dell quickset should work.
