640M Outlook 2003 restore?

Hi, newbie here - I have a 640M that came with XP home and Outlook 2003. Works fine, but I also own Office 2000 which I loaded for Word, excel, etc. It somehow munged the 2003 outlook config (It comes with Outlook 2000), so only outlook 2000 works.

Is there an easy way to restore outlook 2003? Thanks!
