So i have a 9400 1gb ram with Vista Ultimate. And almost everytime I leave the system idle, or put it to sleep for an extended period of time, or use any other power saving function when it is brought back to life the memory usage spikes and the system freezes up. Is this a known bug or is this a system or Ram issue?
