Inspiron New Hard Drive

My 60 GB harddrive on my inspiron 6000d is getting a bit small now. What is the fastest/largest, or if not that what about just the largest hard drive i can get for my 6000? What will fit? I've tried dell's site which is useless for good upgrades and i've tried drivesolutions.com but I dont think I'm getting the best deal there. What are my options? Thanks a lot.

Notice that they are ATA-6 harddrives in the 7200RPM range. I am fairly confident that your older laptop, the 6000d is a ATA-6, and NOT the SATA versions.
