Mandrake 9.0

I am planning on buying a 5660 and thanks to the forum I now know I can in install linux. My question is if I install M 9.0, what kind of problems will I run into as far as making the laptop working a 100%. Meaning I have read several threads stating that they had problems with 9.0, but each problem was different it did not sound like everyone was experiancing the same issue.

So let me know what to expect when I install M 9.0. or how to fix the problem that will probably occur.
