The only negliable difference is that xp pro can connect to a domain controller used in business networks. Xp home is for workgroups only.

I just received my gx-7 and i didnt buy the insurance. I have no dead pixels at all. They also run a full 72 hour burnin with all the stats that you machine did. Im pretty happy so far with them.
