about a week ago,my cat got left in the house for a little too long and it just so happened my computer was unplugged on the floor with the side off awaiting a drive replacement.So a little later, I get the new drive in boot 'er up...
Has anybody looked into getting "do it yourself" 5680 upgrade kit ?Is Sager willing to do this if you waive the warranty? I don't really feel like dealing with sending my 5660 back to the U.S. for upgrade work,and am competent...
Keep up the good work! Now if someone could unlock all the bios features in the 5660 that control power saving options,bios shadowing,fsb etc...?
So presumably the 56DS303_128 and 56DS303_64 bios files for the 5660 are only for hyperthreading machines as well?Has anyone tried them yet,or for that matter does anyone even have a 5660 or 5670 with these bioses installed??
I haven't even tried the Catalyst 3.4's yet.I have used the last two Catalyst releases from Sager,and both have had this problem. I guess I'll wait untill I have some spare time and reinstall windows. Regardless of whether this clears...

Seeing as I am apparently the only one who has ever had this problem,perhaps I should reinstall windows and hope it fixes itself with a fresh setup?
Is it just me or is it dead around here? Can no one confirm if they have the 56DS303_64 bios installed on their 5660? My 5660 has a small issue since upgrading my bios from v1.02.00 to v1.02.07.I am hoping 56DS303_64 is 5660 applicable...
