If the system "freezes" after the new (2nd) disc is inserted; I would suspect a bad/unreadable media for that disc. Try installing it on another computer and see what happens.

What are the temps?

The unit was shipped on Friday - with the 2 Day Air, I received it on Tuesday. That added three days that were not expected to the delivery time.

If you ordered from PC Torque, it indicates that it is included.
