All I did was tell on-line tech support that my paint was flaking off and that something like this should not happen. They agreed and sent out a tech with a palm rest

If it is still under it's warentee they will replace it for free. They did it for mine just 2 weeks ago. I complained that my palm rest was all worn down. They said no problem and got me a new one. Tech came out and replaced it.
