Talked to Dell again today. Still no updates on anything. They said it might take another 7 days before I hear anything about what the replacement will be.

So I talked to them tonight. Got a ref number for the call and wrote everything down. Should have an order number in about 7 days with the details about replacement. So we will see what happens.
