OK so I have flashed the bios. Updated vid drivers. Cleaned this out nicely and still after about 30 minutes of gaming. ZAP!! So what am I left with? Looks like i'm calling Dell again this week.

Yeah besides this over heating issue i love this laptop. It is great for 3d work and my other work. Just wish I could get this over heating issue resolved so I could go on as normal.
