If I bought that from a factory outlet and got massive savings then yeah I will accept it, but if you paid full retail price for it then you should be entitle to a defect free product not a "free defect on your product"
Holy Crap! I would be on the phone straight away asking them to take it back, but thats just me. I work with another guy who is even more pedantic about his lcd screens, if he seen that theres a good chance that he will have a cardiac arrest.
this issue affects both XP home and Pro versions...
a little reluctant to install winXP pro as it states that I would void the warranty if a retail version of Windows OS is installed on the notebook...although I did consider trying but I thought its not worth it..
