If your desktop is running XP Pro you can use remote desktop. Over a local 10/100 lan it runs pretty fast. As for an actual hardware solution, haven't got a clue.

I would definately recommned dumping the Dell drivers for the X-Treme G ones.

You need a seperate Video Capture/TV Tuner device. For a laptop people usually go with USB. Not even sure there is an Expresscard one out.

Nothing you listed as needing to run is graphically intensive and pretty much any modern card should be able to run 2 displays. FYI you can only run 2 displays total, so if you have 2 external you can't use the internal LCD.

Should support either one. More if the video card can run 2 and high end cards (heck even mid-range cards) shouldn't have any problems. I've run my desktop 7800GTX on dual 1600x1200 monitors.
