You should be fine at low settings, heck I was playing WOW with Intel Extreme 2 on a 700m... Wasn't very good, but your 950GMA is far superior to IE2.

Yeah, the 700M has Intel Extreme 2, fairly old for integrated. Make sure you have at least 1 gig of ram and it should be fine like Adinu said.
