For all you my friends that you ask details for Clevo M38AW, be informed that :
Clevo M38AW (and possibly other Clevo Models) have TWO DIP SWITCHES for FSB Selection.
The factory setting usually is for 400Mhz (Dip Switches in OFF)....
Guys the problem is solved.
Motherboard and processor are fine.
The problem was on the wrong settings of Clevo M38AW dipswitches (located under processor heat shink).
My Motherboard was set to be equiped with a400MHZ FSB processor.
This processor, never run on 2 GHz. My notebook is almost always plugged in....
I have seen a lot of people herein with the same Motherboard and Processor combination.
I'm wondering do they achieve the "promised" 2GHz?

2 GB RAM
Win XP PRO SP2
The problem is that since the processor it has been paid for 2GHz,

Recently i bought a notebook that has a Motherboard Clevo M38AW with a Pentium M 760 2GHz (2GB RAM-WinXP SP2)
Without changing anything described in your post , I can't get more than 1.5GHz...
