Copying the files is the easy part. The harder part is burning them to DVD. The format MCE uses is not ready for burning to DVD. There are third party apps to convert the files, but it's not a simple 1 step solution to creating DVDs...
The I9100 uses a heatpipe for the CPU. The CPU contact plate has 2 pipes coming out of it and going to the 2 sets of radiator fins. Carefully blowing air into the back exhaust ports should take care of it.
Maybe RMClock will help you. It didn't help with my 9100, but I don't have a Dothan, either. It did help with the voltage and clock speeds on my Averatec 3270 so I'm happy there.
