I thnk u can pop it out first by popin the blue strip of plastic that has "Inspiron 8600" on it by using a flat head screw driver (use the little gap to the left of the writing).. do it carefully so u don't scratch the plastic...

the two bottom corners on my screen is slightly dimmer than the rest of the mon. it kinda got distracting so when I wanna read the time in the taskbar so I just moved my entire taskbar to the top and added a dock to the bottom. no more...

Dell Inspirion 8600 1.5ghz Pentium M 15.4 WSXGA+ (Samsung w00t ) 1GB pc2700 DDR 9600pro 128MB 40GB HD Ordered on May 12, recieved on May 19 not too bad of a wait...

ordered mine on the 11th, confirmed on 12, inproduction from 12-14, being shipped out on 15th due arrival between 18-20th. not too bad. (btw it's a 8600)
