Customer Support = Worst ever. I actualy sent my machine twice and they sent it back worst, both times. Smart people? NO.. they have the dumbest possible people and they don't even speak english good. Good machines?.. sure.. when...

This machine was allways faulty, with overheating problems and who knows what else, I have sent it to Alienware 2 times already and they send it back with a new problem. the respawn disc doesn't work at all cos that's when it crashes...
