Didn't we see this before in the 80's and 90's. Talk about déjà, Apple really needs to open its eyes and realize that closed architecture, and high prices are going to be the death of them.
Love the all aluminum body, very MAC book esc. Now if they just cost less than my first born, and had a screen around 15.6 I would have to really consider one.

Going on the theme of a smaller / lighter laptop what do you think of the ASUS A53E-TS52? It's a 15.6, and also comes with a Blueray player, while still keeping costs down.

If I were attending classes at a campus I would say yes an ultrabook would probably be a better choice. However...
