You plug it in to a usb and you are able to store more information on it. Some are as small as 256mb and some are as big as 750GB just depends what your using for.

Are you saying when you try clicking on desktop and my favorites links going to the internet it hangs and then if you use the start menu and it doesnt? Okay then try updateing the links or icons by deleteing them and then putting them back.

To tell you the truth. I would go with Dell and get a E1505 from them. You can get coupons of this forums or in Google for discounts on what you want and you can get more bang for your buck in my opinion.

I will buy memory from another company. I have talked to Dell and they have said that it wont be under warranty ( the memory ) but the system will still be under warranty. So now I just got to decide where and when. :P
