Is there any way to limit the amount of discharge of the second battery? The computer drains it to 2% before it starts to tap the primary battery (100%). I would think cycling so deep would shorten the life of the battery over time.
I see you posted in Dell's fourm too, still no fix.
Is your signal strength / quality low? If so you could try orienting your laptop in a different way to pick up more signal.
What is good at cleaning the touchpad? I want to remove oils and anything else that could be on it without damaging it. I want to end up with a really smooth sliding and responsive touch pad.

Yup 3 weeks ago too, they sent me a snail mail asking to upgrade to 3yrs at home for $200. This was a way better deal. Glad this is helping other people.
