The XBRITE screens are gorgeous but to get a Vaio configured similiar to a 7700 would probably run around $3000.00 and more. If you want the added power, get the 7700. You won't regret it.

There's a few places that will sell Japanese ultraportables with an English OS. Biggest one that comes to mind is dynamism.com . One thing though... they're pretty expensive. They also provide support with their own warranty instead...
