By accident, I figured it out. Fn+F11 toggles these touch buttons on and off.

I'm just saying from experience, I changed my default browser to Firefox and my internet button automatically changed. I also changed my default email client to Thunderbird. The email button automatically changed. It may or may not work...

If I'm not mistaken, I think you just have to change your default email program to outlook (through windows).
