those of you who play call of duty, did you run into problems when you tried to run at native resolution, or am i experiencing yet another omega driver resolution bug????
all i know is i can choose up to 100 hz in windows and it makes viewing the screen much more comfortable for me, as it has on my other lcds.
i know, but i get a big improvement for my usability if i increase it. this has happened on my laptop and 2 other lcd monitors
in the future, all of us would appreciate it if you search before you ask
i dunno about you, but i get headaches and my eyes start watering whenever i see an lcd screen with refresh set lower than 75. cant stand it.
i set mine to 100 although it is only supposed to be able to do 60. and i DO notice a big improvement, but this may just be the placebo effect.
ibm/hitatchi drives are the only 7200 rpm drives available. your choice is limited to only the 40gb you mentioned and a 60gb.
virtually any centrino mainstream notebook can easily be configured like that except for the ultraportables with integrated graphics and some laptops at the major companies that still have 9600 graphics, so i would just choose on price...
all these people jumping on the cl56 bandwagon, i might get rid of mine just to be different
the cl56 doesnt support cpu temp monitoring, you can only see hdd temp.
