Here's the catch... They'll probably charge you however much the upgrade is to the x1900.
($400 I think)
I'm not completely sure because if nothing is wrong with it, it doesn't fall under the warrenty so you have to pay for the parts......

I'm not sure... Give Alienware a call and see if it's possible to get an upgrade on your GPU. Back up your files and it seems to me that all AW will do is replace the GPU (probably not under warranty) and update the drivers for x1900.
