Chillfactor my XPS is a Desktop as i mentioned a DEll XPS GEN 3.....and its is really frustrating....and i dont think asking for compensations is going to work....they will just say they shipped a ram stick and wont....-____-'

Ok, now i am really MAD !! i ordered my DELL XPS GEN 3 on the 27th of july today is the 20th of august a week away from being a month....seriously this is getting out of hand....my system has not even reached the canadian border yet...

That is why i always resist to place bids on these online stores.....i mean we are talkin a 1000 bucks....no way to trust them....unless....we actually meet them in person and that way we can tell their character.....

Being an Aleinware and a Dell owner....i have come to this conclusion..they are both good ....i would say AW support is better....but it all depends on how much $$$ you want to spend! i mean if you have it...then go ahead and spend...
