I use free Spybot - http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html - but I do not run it in background (it can "immunize" the system), just run it once in a while. Of cause an antivirus in on all the time.

ATI says that 5.10a has some fixes for Quake4 and Serious Sam II. I'm playing Q4 for couple days now and 5.10 works fine. But I'm tempted to try 5.10a.

Catalyst 5.10a beta is now available on ATI.com - with some fixes for Serious Sam II and Quake 4. I didn't find mobile version but if you want modify this one, you can find link to it in issue 737-20856.
