Same here. I crammed 2GB into my Acer Aspire 3680 but that stupid Celeron 1.6ghz really is a draggggggg. Somebody out there has to have some kind of advice regarding a processor upgrade.

Is it true that Acer will cover spills and drops too??? I just read this on one of their ads for the 3 year warranty. It said something like "Everybody has accidents- why take the chance?" in their promotion for the warranty....

A friend of mine told me that on her laptop and desktop shes downloaded a program that tells her the temperature of the hard drive, processor, RPM of the fan, etc etc. Ive looked all over and cannot find such a utility. Any suggestions?
