I added a second HD to my 8887 and when I rebooted everything worked with the drives, but the DVD was no longer available. Is there some kind of setting I have to change?

I'm just using the Schedule part of TV Studio that came with the computer. I have it set to VCD for quality. There is no other setting.

I recently noticed that when I close the lid on my 8887 the screen does not even turn off. If I push the little white switch (which gets pushed when the lid is closed the screen does not go off. Is this not an available option? I know...
