reliablity+tech support = hypersonic if your knowledge about computers is pretty solid and you dont want to wait an extra couple weeks buy elsewhere

shared graphics like in the sentia are not good for gaming
depends on the kind of games halo for example will need dedicated while less graphically intense games (ive heard wheel of fortune and golf games mentioned) can be played w/shared memory however shared memory takes away from system...
what if you were still under warranty is it realistic to expect a reseller to have a motherboard 2.5 yrs from now?
a 1.7 p-m and a 7200rpm hard drive is a better combination than a 1.8 and a 5400rpm hdd
mitac it has the best gpu and if you can get it from a solid reseller the support will be superior to dell/hp (not to mention build quality/reliability)
better battery life, less heat issues, and lighter than the 51 alienware has a gpu clocked faster i believe with the added case room and fans and the processors available will perform better than a pent-m, except the 3ghz vs a 2ghz...
support is lacking w/ ibuypower compared to higher priced resellers
