Mine played EVE perfectly, but most games are going to choke unless you put it on the lowest settings possible since it's going to be rendering at 1920x1080.
It's a fine notebook. The screen is beautiful, good performance, and it had decent graphics for gaming. The 16" screen was a bit small for my tastes too. I think I'd actually prefer a 19" screen if I ever get a notebook again....
Ok, well, after a week of using the Studio XPS 16 it's definately not what I was looking for so I've scheduled a return.
